Most of us have probably only seen the life of Armed Forces personnel in movies or TV shows. And more often than not, we don't really see the exact realities that these brave men and women face. In this episode, I was very fortunate enough to have a Navy Veteran join me to share his experience during his time of service in the United States Navy.
